"Consider this advice"
Well, I just got my stolen motorcycle recovered in LA and ur brand’s stickers were plastered all over it.
My advice: consider carefully who u associate urself with.
I don’t know u, nor do I care to.
But u r hanging out with the wrong people.

"Disappointing return policy"
I purchased a substantial order from Brandy Melville online for my 2 daughters for Xmas. I purchased on December 1st to be sure they would not be sold out and I would receive everything on time for Xmas. Although my daughters generally love the brand, not all items were a hit. It is now January 3rd and I tried to return the items that did not work out only to be told that they would not refund them. I can only get a store credit after 30 days of purchase. This is very disappointing considering that most people don't get around to returns until after the holidays are over, and that most stores give a longer grace period for returns due to the holidays. I don't think i will purchase from them again unless they have a friendlier return policy.

"Brandymelville scammed me…"
I went to Brandymelville in Bondi junction and gave the counter lady $50 bucks in cash, and the top that I was getting was $28 and 28-50 =22 and she only gave me $12 I should of counted but it's there job.

"Dismayed mother"
Melbourne store situated near an eating disorder clinic! Accidental? I don't think so given the target market.
Appalled at the fact the sizes primarily target x small and small.

"Sad to write this"
I absolutely love Brandy Melville's clothes, so much variety, good quality, and fairly priced. Online shopping is a great experience, no complaints. On the other hand when I've been to the stores in person, there were many times when the employees were extremely rude. Wether it was paying no attention to me while checking out, not helping find clothes I aksed for, or overall a large sense of judgment when you walk in; the customer service is all in all unenjoyable, and very poor.

"Honest opinion on brandymellville"
Tbh it was my first time at brandymellville yesterday.it wasnt so bad as people make it seem like. I have big and wide shoulders so some of the shirts were tight on the shoulder. But overall the shirts are really stretchy n amazing quality I love it. I don't recommend the pants because they're really small my sistsr is really skinny and they didnt fit her. Bit id youre plus-sized the shirts will definitely fit fs.

"WORST Experience"
I was wrongfully accused of theft for a 5 dollars item at the store after I had repeatedly explained to the security guard that I did not step out of store and I was planning to pay for it before I leave the store. Not just my explanation was completely ignored, I was yelled at for no reason, accused of being a thief without any evidence, humiliated in front of every customer who were present at the store, and threatened by the security guard. Even though they realized that it was a misunderstanding after my friend talked to the store manager, they did not apologize.

"Stop stereotyping Brandy."
I am low-key fat and I usually fit in most of this stuff! So please, be conscious of what you say on the internet. I am very aware that Brandy is " one size fits all" when they are usually meant for smaller people. I am usually a medium adult or even a large adult in size and I am 180 pounds and 13 years old and 5'1, but I still fit in most of these clothes because they are pretty stretchy. I just don't recommend getting pants/jeans from here because they are very tight and made for people who are size 0-2! Thank you!

"AMAZING"
Yes. Just yes. As a tall, skinny person, I find it hard to find clothes that fit me. Brandy is just perfect for me!! I am 5’7 and my waist size is a 23. I highly recommend if you are like me!

"Might as well send via camel back. It migh tbe faster. Processing time alone takes 4 days."
Very poor service. Stick to something faster and more reliable. Roll the dice and see if you get in 2-3 weeks.

"Bad quality zipper"
We purchased a navy blue Christy hoodie and the zipper fell off in the washing machine the first time we washed it. It is less than a month old and customer service is unwilling to help.

Location at Americana in Glendale, CA.
Was attacked by an employee Jordyn or Jordan for not having a mask. They did not provide a mask, claimed "We don't do that". Completely unnecessary behavior by this employee. Extremely sad to experience such anger towards a customer, very shocking.

"The most HORRIBLE customer service I have experienced!"
I ordered a top for my niece for x-mas direct from a link that was shared with me. I received the wrong color top because apparently if a color is out of stock, instead of saying it is out of stock it takes you to a different color. I tried to exchange it and they would not allow it without me paying return shipping and another shipping fee to get the correct item. Once I said I would file a BBB complaint they stopped responding to my emails. They didn't even bother responding to the BBB so I had to file a charge back with my credit card. My personal opinion is that the clothes are way overpriced and not great quality so with this customer service I can't imagine this company will withstand the test of time.
