I did eventually get a response, but it took a few days, which was frustrating. They answered my question in the end, so I’ll give them that, but I was left kind of unsure about what I was supposed to do next. A faster reply and clearer next steps would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

But after seeing so many people talk about the one-size pieces, the limited size range, and just the overall vibe around the brand, it gave me pause.
